My name is Danielle and I am the founder and CEO of ‘Wyldehaer Art’. Thank you so much for stopping by! I’d love to share a little bit about who I am, what I’m about, and some of my background.

I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, having moved here from London, England as a child. I now reside in the farthest corner of California where the Redwoods meet the Pacific Ocean. I have a husband, a son, a daughter who now resides with her fiancé in Dublin, Ireland, and a very shy black cat named Nala. 

I have been a career Executive Assistant at various high-tech software companies in the Bay Area since 1998, and have had Wyldehaer as a side hustle since 2018. I’ve now pivoted to make my side hustle my full-time gig after growing it with the funds from my full-time EA work, and I couldn’t be more excited about this new journey I am now on! 

As a long-time homesteading and gardening enthusiast, I completed my Viticulture and Enology degree [grape growing, and winemaking aka fermentation science] from Las Positas College in 2015, and was fortunate enough to be the benefactor of some excellent education from adjunct professors who also taught the same classes and fieldwork at UC Berkeley, UC Davis, and UC Colorado. 

Some of my everyday passions include the Horticultural Sciences and Botany, Gardening, Arborvitae Science, Orcharding, Animal Husbandry, Natural Medicine Making, Brewing, Winemaking, Distilling, Breadmaking, Wildlife Restoration, Ocean, and River Water Sports, Hiking, Foraging, Wildcrafting, Biodynamics and the Rudolf Steiner methodologies, The Arts [Painting, Candlemaking, Crafting, Live Music], Reading, and Building Community. 

I am quite literally a modern-day Renaissance woman and Mage. I have been a practicing witch and occultist [officially] since 1993 within various traditions. I have also been learning and practicing astrology since 1990. I will always be a lifelong student of the astrological arts. Certifications and Occult Associations upon request! 

My philosophy for myself in this incarnation is to work for the greater good of humankind in various forms, with the overarching theme of service. When you work with me, I assist in unlocking the mysteries of your mandala [your natal chart], using Hellenistic and Modern astrology paradigms. As a worker of Alchemy and Astrological Magick, I will also suggest remediations and auspiciously elected talismanic materia for you to align further with your goals, aims, and dreams. As a practicing herbalist, I will also recommend tinctures, tonics, nervines, and elixirs to assist our bodies as we navigate the multi-sensory existence of being a human on Earth at this time.

About the name “Wyldehaer”

Wyldehaer is Danielle’s magickal name. Born in the year of the Rabbit, hares and rabbits have been a steady theme throughout Danielle’s life. When she started practicing the metaphysical arts in 1993, she chose this name. Only used in the profane for years, she finally started using her magickal name when attending open circles and metaphysical conventions [Spiral Dance, Pantheacon, etc.]. Danielle and her son also raised show rabbits for many years and have enjoyed the company of rabbits as indoor house pets. Her son is also a year of the rabbit person!
