Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 days for order processing and packaging. You will be notified by email when your package ships. We are a small business with actual humans doing the processing work and thank you for your patience.

Shipping Policy

Each package is shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping. These fees are all pre-determined by USPS and are based on weight and size. Once shipped, packages arrive between 2-4 business days.

As an example

• Expect to pay $21.50 flat rate for a Large box for framed grid art, and between x2-5, 7 Day Candles

• Expect to pay $14.50 USD flat rate Medium box for x1, 7 Day Candle

• Expect to pay $8.50 flat rate Small box for 1-3, 4 oz. Tincture / Spray bottles

You will get an email notification letting you know that your package has shipped, along with a tracking number. 

Once the package leaves our facility, it is your responsibility to watch for the expected delivery. This is why the tracking number is provided to you. If anything should happen to the package while en route, you are empowered with the tracking number and can follow up with USPS. 

We are not responsible for what happens to the package after it leaves our hands. 

We are currently not shipping outside of the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  We will do our best to open International Shipping up later this year. 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Wyldehaer’s offerings are unique, hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind or bespoke and we do not accept returns or exchanges on our items.
